The Edamame burger from SOTO (Organic Veggie Food) - with seaweed from TANGO Seaweed - impresses with its innovative combination of ingredients: crunchy and protein-rich edamame beans (young green soybeans) give the burger a slightly nutty character. Valuable seaweeds full of minerals from the clear waters of Norway underline the individual taste of the ingredients and are reminiscent of Japanese cuisine.
