The harvesting season 2019 has started

During all the sunny days of April, Atlantic Wakame (Alaria esculenta) has grown beautifully. At some 2-3m length it is the first of our species to be taken into the new drying facility where innovative technology provides best possible quality of the seaweed biomass. First tastings and inspections promise excellent results. Soon, sugar kelp - naturally slightly later in its development - will follow.
